I caught my husband cheating and I want a divorce. I’ve been married for ten years and we own a restaurant together. He keeps threatening that he’ll push me out of the restaurant and run it without me. I need an aggressive lawyer to make sure he doesn’t get any part of the business and I get his name off of it.
